Is there a free consultation available?

Yes, we provide a free consultation in order to make sure that we are the right fit for you. During this period, we figure out what exactly you are looking for and how we can help you.

What happens if I want to change anything?

It is a case-by-case scenario. Throughout the drawing process, I will make sure you are updated. So generally, there will be no issues. However, if there is a last-minute change of mind, there will be a fee.

Will I have to pay entirely up front?

Yes, and no. For the art classes, a 50% deposit is required to schedule the session. The rest is due before the class starts.

Yes, when commissioning an art piece. This is so that whatever is drawn is yours throughout the process. That way I can keep you updated and make sure you love what you are getting.

What if I wish to cancel?

If the cancellation is 48 hours prior to the appointment the initial deposit will be retained. However, if it is over a 48-hour cancellation notice the deposit will be returned.

For a commissioned piece, once payment is received, there is only a 24-hour window in which a cancellation is accepted. However, there will be a 25% cancellation fee.
